                               Admission Policy

       St. Joseph has an open erollment policy and admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, priveleges, programs and activiites generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school administered programs.


                   Admission Registration Requirements

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Social Security Card
  • Health Records
  • Report Cards and Standardized test scores for the past 3 years

Children registering for grades K-8 will be tested; details and dates will be assigned.

                                     Tuition and Fees

Tuititon and Fees:
       Full year tuition (September - June)
(Tuition does not include cost of breakfast, lunch or snack).

Registration Fee:
       Pre-Kindergarten
       Kindergarten (includes graduation costs)
       Grades 1-7
       Grade 8 (Includes graduation costs)
(Registration Fees include: first set of supplies, testing material, periodicals.
Graduation Costs include: graduation items including cap and gowns, diplomas, trip and transcripts.)

Fundraiser:
       Each family is responsible for fundraisers that include any or multiple combinations of selling candy, bringing in items for Tricky Tray, selling jewelry, raffles, monetary donations, etc. all adding to the fundraiser amount. If fundraiser obligations are not met by the deadline, the balance will be added to the tuition.

Morning and After Care (optional):
       Inquire within about fees regarding the Morning and/or After Care Program.
      
       Morning Care is offered from 6:30 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.
       After Care is offered from 3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Late Fees:
       A late fee will be applied to any unpaid or past due balances.

Penalty Charge:
       A penalty charge will be applied to each check returned.

Nutrition:
        Breakfast, lunch and snack is provided to students on a free, reduced or full price list depending on qualifications.
